Haze

from The Arising by Zac Leaser

lyrics

Haze

The shadow quivers in the quiet fog
Silhouetted in the darkness of the grey sky
The sun rises, but the sadness in a smile still remains
Cursed we are in the dying of this light
that burns between the eyes
Vision becomes a haze
blurred at the edges of a disembodied mind
A colorful thought that was separated from the body
It does not belong here
In the loneliness of a dark grey world we will rise
It is a dire situation that we escape repetition
Making it a priority to release the mind and body
of this darkness that plagues the heart
In the loneliness of a dark grey world we will rise
What will the darkness bring
When all the haze goes away
Will we all go insane with nothing left to see
The shadow quivers in the quiet fog
Will we all go insane with nothing left to see
What will the darkness bring
When all the haze goes away
Will we all go insane with nothing left to see
